Santa (http://www.noradsanta.org)

When we downloaded the clip of the current happenings, the guys from NORAD said that the kids on the East coast of US and Canada had best hurry off to sleep. My kids hauled ass to bed. This might me useful to those of you who are still trying to get the children all nestled all snug in their beds:D Kiss them on the forehead from Auntie Lil;)

LOL.... very good idea Lil. How I loved those days when they were so excited they couldn't sleep!!

Mine are grown beyond asking for baby dolls and roller skates.
They both said: "Cash"..... Saves alot of time shopping for and returning gifts.

But I miss the 'magic' that little kids bring to Christmas, the wonder, the leaving out of cookies & milk and carrots (for the reindeer)... I miss struggling to get them to bed and telling them they could not get up before the sun. All of you with little ones enjoy every second. Store them away in your memory because they grow up way to fast.

Have a GREAT Christmas!!

Teddy is right. :)

I now share a small part of this with my grandkids, but that will never come again.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! We forgot the carrots!!!!!!!!!!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our youngest (age 9) really doesn't believe in Santa anymore (shhhhhhhh, we aren't supposed to know that) But getting her to bed tonight wasn't a problem at all.. lol - She has figured out the sooner she goes to bed and gets to sleep, the quicker the morning will come.. :D
LMAO!!!!!! What we do for our kids!!!! I would have just taken a couple of bites out of them and left a little on the plate.. Lilith - that is an excellent idea!!! Wonder if Cobalt would do that next year!!!
***Glances over at Cobalt***
LOL - with that look he just gave me.... I would say if I want to have chewed carrots on the sidewalk, I am gonna be the chewer and spitter.. LMAO.. :D
I am glad we forgot the carrots
When I was younger I always had this vision of when I close my eyes, Santa will set off on his journeys. But every time I re-open my eyes, he's automatically back at his starting place. For some reaon, he had a mirror at his starting place.
How the mighty have fallen...
