Hello, may I say merry festive seasonal greeting to you and happy new year too. Well just went really because is was so cheap £5700uk E8000euro $.......us don't know. Barn to convert was 200mtr2 Land=7,300mtr2 The region 85 is known as the Vendee, nearest Town (Pouzauges). I had no real idea what to do, let it stand and then think. I also viewed others but a little beyond my funds. I see your in the sunshine state, which I have also visited a few times. Key's plus the standard one "Big 0" grand shops very cheap and nice people, I used a raggie bar/club round the back of WET n' WILD whilst with my 8 and 10 y/o. went down well with the owners and the players too. Well its 2pm now in chilly Uk and off to my lady-friends tonight, x-wife xmasday and x in-laws Boxday. You have a nice time, by the way loved your photography your very talented are you employed in that area. Regards Murtyn
