One thing that reeeeeeeally pisses me off is when people try and tell me what I'm not supposed to laugh at. My mind is my own, and I'll laugh at whatever the fuck I find funny!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:




Anyone else had this problem? :p

sometimes its hard not to laugh~~~but especially at work (or other inappropriate settings)~~~~I try to make sure it doesn't hurt/ cause offence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~difficult at times!

Not really! I find humor in a lot of things others wouldn't.....and as far as I know....they (the others I happen to be around) are glad I can point out the lighter side! Humor breaks the ice....lightens the situation...and get's people together.....so......

Make jokes.....Not war! LOL!

Belial our sense of humor is part of our personality thumbprint. I find that I see humor in places where others do not too sometimes. And I also see people laughing at things (like crude or bathroom humor) that just really doesn't make me laugh. What you find funny is just a reflection of how your mind works, don't sweat the small stuff Belial, and it's all small stuff.

What an incredibly bland, unthinking, unpassionate, fucked up world this would be if everyone were "Politically Correct"!
Who are these assholes to tell me what to think, how to act, or what to find offensive??? Need I remind them that literally thousands of their forefathers died so that we could have the freedom of speech and thought???
Everyone should watch a little George Carlin, have a nice laugh, and shut the fuck up!!!!!

As celticangel said I don't laugh at something that would be hurtful to another person. (At least not til they've left the room - ohhhh thats bad)

Agreeing with all, that what we find funny is what makes us who we are. Laughter is the best medicine. So cheer up & go have a good laugh.

Real P.C. is truely bullshit.But I have often wondered if P.C. is a form of censorship or merely being called P.C.is a greater form of censorship?I have heard many times the accusation of political correctness when it didn't apply.As for the thought police,FUCK'EM.They haven't gotten to me yet.By the way,the governor of New York just postumously pardoned Lenny Bruce for his "obscenity convictions from about 40 years age.God Bless Lenny Bruce....

I've had the exact opposite problem. People I know bitch about having a runny nose. Stop complaining, blow your nose and find some place to be happy.

Sure, we can't be happy all the time, but just accept people and chillax.

You know my friend's and I have one really sick sense of humor. And just the other day my little brother's best friend brought his big sister to come hang out with us and pop fireworks for the Winter Solstice.

After making a joke about how one 18 y/o guy there was hitting on a 14 y/o. I made a crude comment about picking up women that young that would be in poor taste here the big sister got offended, but was still smiling and laughing becuase she said that was so wrong! You can't joke about that.

My friend's girlfriend replied "Oh well kind of like how you can't joke about date rape."

I said "Yes, rape is horrible and not funny at all."

My brother said "Unless you are raping a clown, then it is hilarious."
