They go on the base of the penis...purpose being that they help you last longer...especially valuable for those who cum quickly on the first lap.

They are also beneficial to males who have difficulty maintaining an erection. At least that is what the packaging on the ones I've seen in our Rite-Aid say. Personally I don't like the idea. It seems to me it could be damaging. I'll pass.
