For the Guys, have you ever taken Viagra (or the new Levitra) for recreational use (didn't need it, but wanted that extra "edge")? The ladies can answer on behalf of their lover/spouse.

A news magazine up here just did a cover story on Viagra and the new drugs like it. They interviewed a few guys who took it recreationally and they were disappointed with the results. One guy said his orgasm was better without the pill.

It does take away from it a bit. and their are a few side effects.

I got a prescription for Viagra after my son died because of performance issues.

I took it a few times when I didn't really need it. I felt I was able to stay harder longer. If I had even the slightest bit of sinus pressure before taking it the pain was almost unbarable.

My biggest problem is my stamina, I wont lie. So I have thought about taking one for rec purposes. Saw a special on TLC or something about sexual kinks and a guy said he would pop one before he went to a sex party.

My question is, how do you guys get a dr.'s prescription if ya don't really need it?

I sometimes need it, (diabetic) & I had to almost literally jump thru hoops to get Cialis (you wouldn't believe the gawd-awful device I had to wear to bed one night, just to prove to the doc that Arnie still works)...what's wrong with this picture?!?

It's really pretty easy Scot. I got my prescription when I did need it. I was suffering from "Situational Depression". I no longer needed it after I was no longer depressed.

But all a guy would have to do is tell the doctor he's experiencing some erectile issues, the doctor would take some blood and maybe give a sample pack. Since Viagra doesn't care if the ED is physical or psychological it's hard to prove you don't need it.

Not that I would ever condone anyone lying to their doctor.

no experience myself - but my fiance's best friend took it from time to time for recreational purposes. however, he stopped it after he had a 7 hour erection which became very painful and even more swollen than usual - and which didn't go after he'd come (so to speak ;) )

I have not taken them recreationally but know others that have just for the purpose of quick recovery. Headaches are not unusual with these drugs. Merry fornicating!!! :hump: :hump:
