I was once told my breasts didn't sag at all for someone my age. LOL Needless to say, that relationship didn't last too long!
Anyone else received "compliments" like that?

Ouch Steph, that hurts... My partner was buying a handbag in a shop once when the assistant said "when's the baby due?"... Needless to say she wasn't pregnant. We just burst out laughing and left the shop. Not much you can say to that.
"No, I'm just fat..."
"No, I just lost it" then burst into tears...

I was walking down the street one day....on my way home from work (when I lived in N.J)....and I heard a car coming and it started beeping it's horn.....and I thought......Ugh, I'm not in the mood for some, "Hey Baby", remark......but as they drove by....horn still honking.....a guy yelled out the window...."Get an exercise bike"!
Guess what I did?
OK.....well........I didn't have enough birds to flip at them (we only get two.....how unfair is that?).......so I continued home and went on a diet the very next day! LOL! I haven't weighed that much since!

Last year hubby and I were visiting with a friend and his girlfriend that we had a couple swap with the night before. We were discussing how good we all looked naked and when we would be able to swap again. All of a sudden she pops up with, "God, you know, I hope I look as good as you when I get to be your age."
At the time I was only 23!!!!!!!!!!

I once witnessed someone we worked with tell my boss, who was my best friend at the time, say, "You know, I don't care what anyone else says about you--I think you're a pretty nice person." OMG, how awful!

In May of 2002, I was in a bad car wreck with my then grilfriend who had driven 2 hours to come see me.
The old lady who hit me had totalled her car and needed to be picked up. My girlfriend was talking to the police officer and the old lady's daughter was talking to me. We were just sitting and chatting and then she asked "Is that your wife?"
"No"
"Well are you going to marry her?"
"I said well eventually. I think I have found the one." because I had decided in March that she was the one I wanted to marry. Not to mention that a few other people had already asked me this question.
Then I got to the real heart of the problem when the lady said "Well I think it is so good that a young man such as yourself is willing to be a father to his children and not run off."
"Excuse me?"
"Well your girlfriend, isn't she rpegnant?"
"Ummm I hope not becuase then it wouldn't be my kid as we are both virgins." (This was a lie, but I just wanted to make her feel more stupid.)
The problem is that my ex-fiancee is very curvy, has a little but of a beer gut, never wears make-up, and wears baggy clothing. A lot of people just assume she is pregnant.

IAKG,
There was an Engineering Tech who would say to the college interns at the paper mill "I don't care what everyone else says. You are doing a good job"
He said it with a smile and he was a nice old man so no one got offended.

The ones who have no clue don't bother me a bit, it's the ones who think they are being sly and do it on purpose who encounter my wrath.

Lil,
The ones who have no clue don't bother me a bit, it's the ones who think they are being sly and do it on purpose who encounter my wrath.
Now I enjoy giving backhanded compliments, but only to people who have incurred my wrath and these people are usually too stupid to realize I insulted them.

Today at work was a busy day, so I didn't get a lunch. When I had a few moments to try and get something to eat, all that was available was a bag of chips. Now, I do try to eat healthy, but I am the kind of person that can't go without eating lunch. I can skip breakfast and supper (dinner in some parts of the country), but will feel "sloppy" when I don't eat at midday.
I was walking down the hall with my dill pickle chips.. (waves the open bag under IAKG's nose.. hehehe) and was asked what I was doing... "Getting some lunch" was my reply...
Their response - "I thought you were on a diet."
My thought - "Bitch"
