There's almost nothing as magical as snuggling in bed in a warm house, and then waking up to see the normal, everyday world has become something beautiful, Lil.

Beautiful pictures!! TY DB and IAKa! Thank you for sharing.

I love looking at snow and if I could stay inside by the wood stove & watch it transform the neighborhood thru the window I wouldn't mind it one bit. I just hate driving in it, yuck!!

So far here in RI we've only had flurries. But thier predicting 8 - 12" tonight. *puts another log in the stove & starts making hot chocolate*

As I look out my window... we're already starting to look like that. We're suppposed to be getting 6 to 8 inches during the day. If my wife expects the same, I'm going to have to call in reinforcements! :D

IAKG, those pictures were terrific! I think you received more snow than us, which is okay. Our roads didn't get too bad and most was gone by afternoon.

In any case, you've got a really neat looking home there.

Maybe some more of you want to add "snow pictures" for us?

For everyones information.Everyone that I know(many)that has moved away from the snow,& related inclement weather, has told
me,on visits, that they miss NE & the weather changes.Of course,
they were all brought up here,so they were used to it.My best
friend & his wife, moved to Hobe Sound Fla.Her folks are still here.
They have visited twice recently. He has his own landscaping
business + manages a few apartment Blds.He bought a new bike
but says that he misses the one that I built for him. Irish
