When I used to go to my Grams for Thanksgiving we always had to go around the table saying what we were grateful for.

Ok who's first???

I'm thankful for my wife's understanding, love & patience with me. For the way my children see the goodness and love in me and how they don't see my faults (or love me in spite of them). And for the chance you guys have given me to get to know you beyond a few phrases a day about everything and nothing.

My wife, our seven kids and four grand-children. Our brothers and sisters and extended families. Our friends. And, for all you here at Pixies. Whole lot to be thankful for. :)

Hell I could call off stuff for an hour but I will go with the most important things: The Beautiful person I met here @ pixies and fell in Love with, mine and her health, the wonderful freinds here @ pixies.

Oh yeah, and I am grateful that thru all the bad luck and bullshit things have really not been so bad!!

That our haven here survived it's challenge, so we still have

our table to sit around and be thankful for.

That my husband and I made it through 17 years together...tomorrow. It's been odd & weird & trying at times. But, I think we're doing alright. In fact, I'm sure we are. Thank you to the Pixie's folk who helped me through the weirdness with my husband's medication snafu. He seems to be feeling better. But, we're both careful and taking it a step at a time. I enjoy your comradeship. Thank you, again.

After turning 51 a couple of days ago,and living under a great deal of stress and smoking about 1/2 to a pack a day, eating everything I want and drinking coffee like it is going out of style,I am still pretty healthy. have no serious health problems,I have a full head of dark brown hair and still have all of my teeth and very few wrinkles.
