Matter of fact.....I don't know what happened all day in this matter.....just got home and of course......hubby has the Simpsons on! LMFAO!
Just have to say this about the topic............
I think that, along with Michael, they should arrest the parents of all the children put in harms way by being allowed to spend time at NeverLand! If you dangle cheese in front of a mouse.....doesn't he take it sooner or later??????
Oh....and one more thing.....it's said, where there is smoke...there is usually fire! So....innocent till proven guilty can only be taken so far (so many times).......and then I just have to say........cut his nads off!!!!!!!

I saw a repeat of an interview Michael did with a British reporter a while back...........
He was asked about having children sleep in his bed with him......
He said, "The most loving thing a person can do is share your bed with someone".
He sees NOTHING wrong with this behavior! I watched his face as he answered.......I looked into his eyes......he's a fuckin kook!
[As of this moment, they are waiting for Michael to fly in from La. and they expect him to turn himself in. His bail will be 3 million dollars. The child in question (12 years old) had been visiting NeverLand periodically and was soon teased at school for his relationship with Michael. He began therapy and during the course of therapy, told the therapist that Michael had given him sleeping pills and wine. On one visit to NeverLand (seemingly while the boy was still in therapy) the mother said that she felt uncomfortable and that her family was being held hostage. She threatened to call the authorities, and only then were her and her children allowed to leave.]
OK......WTF is up with that "mom"? And the therapist too! Arrest um all, damn it to hell! CA hit it on the head.....about all the asslickers surrounding Michael! If that where "Joe Schmoe", his ass would be behind bars NOW! The warrant they have for Michael is valid in all 50 states.........but, like O.J....they'll let him come back to his home and make a big to-do about waiting for him to turn himself in! I'm so angry right now.....I could rip Michael's balls off with one hand! Oops! That's right Vigil.......do we even know he has nads anymore?
Well.....it's a wait and see game now. And the worst part of this......Michael is prolly liking all this attention. He has a new album coming out.....and even bad publicity is publicity!

I think this man wishes to be or maybe believes he already has the body and mind of a pre-pubescent white boy - Peter Pan perhaps.
Neverland is his fantasy reality in which he surrounds himself by what he most desires to be or thinks he is. Acts of "love" reinforce the existential idealism.
Perfectly normal behaviour and no danger to anyone.

I was just commenting earlier this evening that if MJ was anybody else he would have been institutionalized years ago. And most likely if he was none of this would have happened. The man is completely off his rocker, but now w/ all that has come to light, I believe he deserves to be put away forever. I'm almost ready to say killed, but I really go back and forth on the whole capital punishment issue.

No one is attacking the talent of Michael Jackson, Mercury Maniac. I grew up with The Jackson Five.......and there are some songs of his in his adult life that are ok......but he's nowhere near my favorite artist. But that's neither here nor there in the light of what's [been] happening and is happening now......again! Michael is a man......he is my age as a matter of fact......and not a defenseless child. Because of who he is he seems to be slipping through the cracks when, instead, he needs to be stopped and he needs to get help. In his sheltered world, he truly doesn't think that what he is doing is wrong. Even if (and I say "if" with a squeak in my voice) he hasn't molested anyone (and I believe he has....my opinion......all the signs are there......doesn't take a rocket scientist), his need to continually have children sleep over his house, in his bed, with him in it as well.......cannot be construed as "ok" behavior! There isn't another person on the planet who would be able to explain this behavior in themselves as "normal, healthy and innocent"!
Some lyrics of his songs...........
*We are the world, We are the children, We are the ones to make a better world so let's start giving.....There's a choice we're making, We're saving our own lives.....It's true we make a better world, just you and me!
*You know I'm bad, come on, ya know it, come on.........(lol! It had to be quoted!)
*I'm starting with the man in the mirror....I'm asking him to change his ways........And no lesson could be any clearer......If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change!
*Ben....the two of us need look no more......We both found what we were looking for....With a friend to call my own, I'll never be alone, and you my friend will see, you've got a friend in me...(ok...ok.....no point here....I just love that song! LMAO!)
But really MM........Michael Jackson is an outstanding artisit with a dirty little secret that is hurting children and their familes everytime we bury our heads to it........
We've outed the priests......now we are outing M.J. No offense to his music..........BIG OFFENSE to the charges of child molestation time and time again!

No matter what the outcome of this trial (arraignment set for January).............
And no matter what I feel about his music...........
The man's a nut case and his behavior is beyond reproach and all his yes men and all his kings horses....yada, yada, yada....cannot make me think he doesn't need medical treatment for a mental condition!!! His behavior towards children is NOT behavior that a civilized society expects of any adult. He should have gotten this all in check (since the last incident) and changed his lifestyle to ensure that these allegations would never happen again.....if he is indeed not guilty.
They say.....the guilty always return to the scene of the crime!
They also say.......learn from past mistakes so you are not doomed to repeat them!
*OMG! I'm a walking, talking cliche.....eekkkk!*
I always thought that no good could come from fucking little boys.
Michael Jackson is an outstanding artisit with a dirty little secret that is hurting children and their familes
You have PROOF of this? Do any of you have proof that these allegations are true? Mercury Maniac is dead on right. The constitution grants us all the right to a fair trial. Would any of you want that taken away if you were accused of a crime? Sorry, but it really bothers me when people make judgements about others without knowing all the facts. So many people did that with the Kobe Bryant case... and with OJ. And after the fact, depending on the outcome, people will say, "See?! I was right!" But that is incorrect. All they did was guess. Talking about what you think he has done is one thing, but some of you want Jacko castrated or possibly put to death, and this is on the basis of media reports and heresay.
ALSO>>> So you know I'm not just wishing I could be a guest at the Neverland Ranch... I think MJ has mental issues and there is NO WAY IN HECK I would allow my child to stay there overnight... or even go there for the day. But mental issues do not prove he is a child molester.
One more thing before I step off the soapbox...
Please DO keep the jokes coming... 'Pack a day'... lmao

If it was a regular folk they would have been apprehended before I could have typed this!!!
From what I have heard Bibi, his kids were not taken by CPS. Although I do think you are correct that MJ is certainly not being treated as a common citizen. Granted, he is not a common citizen, but he should not be given special dispensation due to his celebrity status.

No proof Aqua! That's why they are allegations.......and ergo the reason I said......where there is smoke, there is..."usually"....fire!
I'm not so sure M.J. could ever get a fair trial in ANY case that was brought against him.......because of the media attention he gets and IS getting now.....because of the allegations.
However, I stand by my statement that you quoted above........that M.J. is an outstanding artist with a dirty little secret that is hurting children and their families!
I never declared him guilty of this allegation!
I'm just of the opinion that the things that go on at NeverLand are NOT in the realm of norm (dirty little secrets), and each and every time a parent allows....and Michael invites.....children to his home for sleepovers.........they and he are perpetuating his faults of the past and leaving an opening for a case such as this to be brought against him.......and the children and families involved are investigated and put under a microscope.......and NO GOOD ever comes of any of this. By "no good"....I mean.....Michael skates.......and the families get money....but they have to live with the lie they conjured (if it was a lie) or the fact that they were given hush money (if it was true, yet they settled) and they know it'll happen again to some other child......and Michael never gets medical attention.........and thus it begins again!
Obviously everyone surrounding Michael is in it for the money. If just one person that he trusted and loved and that loved him, would tell him......"Michael, this can't go on! You have a serious problem and you need attention".........and he got it.......who knows how much more wonderful Michael could be!
So.......*raspberries* to you Aqua! LOL!

Very well put Aqua, MM and Nikki. I'd hate to think that someday I might be accused of a crime & not be given a fair trial before conviction. It could get to the point that you could be taken from your home and put in prison or shot on the spot with no trial at all. Our constitution was written so things like that never happen.
On the other hand, agreeing with Aqua, I would never allow any child I know to spend time with him. The guys so ugly I don't understand how a child could sleep without having nightmares anyhow. Thats the law and right of a citizen in a democracy.
However I am able to express my opinion and I think he is not a fit person to be around children due to his admission that he like to have 12 year old sleep in the same bed with him. Not once or twice but many times according to the former head of his security guard.
It makes me shudder that this man is allowed to continue doing it. If it was me I would be locked away and I hope this is the fate that is bestowed on wacko if the law follows it proper course and he is found guilty under it

Irish,
Try to think of the American justice system, and all justice systems for that matter, as works in progress, or possibly as "the best we can do right now".
I am hard pressed to think of anyone who claims that the American justice system is perfect, but I think the general consensus is that it strives to to deliver what Americans believe justice to be.
Remember that what is just in Vermont may not be seen to be just in Nevada - or any where outside of Vermont for that matter.

Irish,You are right about the justice system in this country.Unfortunately money talks. But this is a symptem of the fact that America has been under the influence of a conservative idealogy for far to long.It simply means that the rich have a different standard than the rest of us.this truth was apperant during the O.J. Simpson trial as well. Before the trial even got started, the judge declaired that the death penality would not be appropraite in this case.WHY? If he was found guilty of murdering two people, why would it not be approprite???? We have lived under a double standarded set up by a very conservative minority for far to long.It is high time that equal justice for all be the rule.I'am not saying that the death penalty is a good thing, but I certainaly took notice when O.J. was exempt from it even before the trial began just because he had the money to get off and the name recoginition to forgo the formalties that others would have to face in the same situation. As you said before, money can buy the type of justice you will recieve in a criminal court. So we'll just have to sit back and see what Michael Jackson's trial will be like.If I can commend one conservative republican for doing the right thing,it would be Gov.Ryan of Illinois for putting a moritoriam on the death penality.Because he realized it was being abused.Of course,Michael Jackson has not comitted any capital offense, but the same rules of justice do apply.

Justice? Please my Pixie Pals - listen to Irish - you go to court, you may as well toss a coin - unless of course you can fix the coin.
I think the poor man is a very sad case and if he has harmed other people in the the process then maybe your justice system will do something to stop him. But how many more muderers and general scumbags have walked free?
Whether your courts find him innocent or guilty as charged, my opinion of him won't change.

lakritze,
Interesting.
When has money not talked? Where has money not talked?
How long is "far to long"? Would that correspond to the 48 (1954 - 1992) years of a Democratic majority in Congress? Or the 4 Democratic Presidents who were elected to office during that period, which then gave that party control of both the Legislative as well as the Executive branches of the Federal government? Would a shorter period, say of 24 years been better?
How did a minority go about setting up the double standard? What was this group, and why is it described as a minority? What criteria are being applied to judge it "very conservative"?
As I'm sure you have read Judge Ito's opinion as to why he excluded the death penalty from the trial, would you share it? I would appreciate reading the legal critique that supports the criticism in the post.
I was under the impression that the good Governor Ryan is considered to be a moderate Republican, rather than a conservative. Indeed, by placing a moritorium on the death penalty (as the retention of the death penalty is generally considered to be a conservative position) wouldn’t he be dallying with – gasp – a Liberal notion? Do you think perhaps it might be a question of one’s point of view? Or is it that to belong to that political party is to be defined as a conservative?

Vintage Vixen,
Over the next little while, the good Mr. Jackson will have many opportunities to reflect upon his domestic decisions of the recent past. Given his notorious past, one might indeed question the decisions of the parents of the children.
Still, you'll need to be patient, the legal process marches to the beat of a rather slow drummer.

Well he claims to do it out of innoncence of his actions but as I stated previously I do not believe him to be innocent.
He does it because he can!
In my honest opinion he is emotionally stunted where relationships are concerned and is a text book paedophile who thinks his attraction and actions towards young boys is natural and normal. He holds no shame or guilt. In fact he acts so innocently about his laisons with boys it is as if he is truly void of any blame or wrong doing and that is because someone like him cannot fathom what he is doing is wrong. A paedophile seduces children and somehow believes that the relationship is consensual and rewarding for both. They are wired differently!
As far as the parents who allow their kids to spend such time with him.....I am at a loss of comprehension as to why anyone would allow it......unless they too are seduced by him and his fame. Both my kids hated clowns' faces and would have run for the hills! What that man has done to himself is so sad!
I cannot imagine what would have caused the total self loathing this man feels about himself......he would be a shrinks dream come true.

The fact he looks and acts strange is what gets people going. If he was not like that the press and cops wouldn't care. Child sex and rich people make good press and win votes.
I would like to think that anyone who is accused of molesting a child would be investigated.....not just strange rich ones who are accused. Of course because he is famous he is getting lots of press coverage. In fact he agreed to the interview only because the network would not run his special unless he did......so it does make one wonder why he did the interview in the first place. I myself don't think it was to try to clear his name....It was so his TV special would air and that to me speaks volumes......
Well that's my opinion for what it's worth! :)

They are all using it to make names for themselves or make cash, so is he. I am a long time net user. I have twice had dealings with police over kids and sex.
1).. I was playing a online role playing game. It was clear adults and children where doing sex chat as a result of meeting each other in the game. It took two years to get even minor changes made to the site to limit it. The police in two countries were more interested in who was going to get the credit for catching anyone. As there was no pictures of kids being pasted around they were not in any hurry to do anything.
2).. I have been in chatrooms and yahoo groups over the years. Adult and swinger type groups. I have met women as a result. I found myself in with a group of people that were into everything. one on ones, group/swinging, animal sex and children being used in BD/SM. I reported them. Again all the police were interested in was pictures. No pictures, so no interest.

Investigators in the child molestation case against Mr. Jackson have taken phone records, pop videos and a DVD of a party from his home. Court papers released on Monday listed the items taken along with details of search warrants and affidavits. The judge agreed last month to release the records but ordered details to be omitted.
Phone records were taken in response to a warrant issued on January 22nd. The documents also show a search of an unidentified property on January 30th, during which police took computers, photos, videos, three videos of Mr Jackson on compact discs and a DVD of a party at Neverland. A January 31st search led to the taking of computers, documents - some involving Mr. Jackson - and videotapes.
The address of the property was removed, but law enforcement officials confirmed they had been searching the Calabasas residence of one of Jackson's former producers, Marc Schaffel.
