Blotchy Skin during Sex

Hey all hope u can help,

Whenever i'm havin sex with my girlfriend or just havin fun and she's turned on, her skin all over her chest and arms goes really blotchy with red patches, just wondering what this is and whether its normal?

She aint noticed it but its kinda off putting for me!

Hey mee ...

You gotta love it. Don't let it put you off. A lot of women get the "blush" when they are really sexed up. My S/O gets a rash all over her chest and neck when things get really intense for her. For me, it's a signal that tells me where she is and where I can take her from there.

This could be a variety of different things. An allergic reation to something (New laundry detergent, soap, perfume, anything at all) It could also be stress related...a form of hives of somesort.) I would go see a dermatoligist of family physician if this condition persits!

Lots of women flush and blush in different ways. It is most likely nothing at all especially if it returns to normal shortly after the heat of passion subsides. Like Diva said if the problem persists mention it and suggest she mention it to her doc but my bet it is normal capilary action!

As an Irish-American female I can attest unabashedly that this condition is normal! I flush when I am turned on, exercising, mad, hurt, and many other conditions...

You should take it as your personal challenge to see just how flushed you can get her...on a regular basis.

There HAVE been cases of women who are allergic to sex - yup, it's true! Allergic to semen, I think. But it's incredibly rare!! And this doesn't even sound like that.

Sounds to me like it's just a hormonal thing, a good sign to say she's aroused!! But if it persists, or if it bothers you (you can see it, we can't. It might look a lot worse to you than it sounds to us) then by all means suggest she talks to her doctor about it.

Can't add much here other than that a blotchy flush across the chest, cheeks and breasts is as much a part of the arousal process as moistening of the vagina and swelling of the clitoris.

I imagine it varies from woman to woman, but as I have very fine skin (I mark easily, suffer from dark circles under my eyes and my veins can be seen easily) I find I become very blotchy and red when I'm turned on...... I really don't think you need to worry about it unless it is causing her irritation.

One final thing: PLEASE don't tell her it puts you off, or she'll become self conscious and you'll find it harder to turn her on and get her in the mood for sex. I'm sure you're not insensitive enough to do that anyway, but I thought it was worth mentioning. :)

I used to get really blochy red around my chest and shoulders, of course taht was due to a very bad sunburn I recieved a few summers ago that left me bedridden for a week lol,
