An Australian lawyer is suing a marriage guidance counsellor for sleeping with his wife while he was supposed to be helping to save their relationship.
Brisbane District Court documents reveal Michael Bake alleges his spouse was having sex with psychologist Owen Pershouse.
Mr Baker is suing Mr Pershouse, who denies the claims, for nearly £100,000, reports the Courier-Mail.
He claims the psychologist and marriage counsellor started the relationship in 1993.
Mr Baker says he and his wife started counselling with Mr Pershouse in a bid to save their marriage the previous month.
The hearing has been adjourned until August
