Do you have a mantra or little saying that gets you through the tough spots?????


I was off excercising in the mid day heat, in new sneakers, on a 2nd day blister, and was only half finished when I decided I was done! So as I continued I simply chanted "cock in cock out~ cock in cock out" It was a sort of Mr. Miagi moment. How bout you guys? Ever say something to convince or distract yourself during things you don't wanna do?
