Okay, who changed theirs to take advantage of the new 120x120 size? What are they now, what were they?
I've changed mine from the smaller avatar of Hugo Ball reciting poetry in the Cabaret Voltaire to a portrait of Tristan Tzara taken from my dada website.

I love this new size! I changed mine. I usually change it periodically anyway.....and now I had to "upsize" some of the older (but usable) ones. This is great cause there were some av's I couldn't actually make out in detail. This will help! Thanks Kim!

Can we safely assume your Avatars are of you, Lixy, where mine aren't?

I moved up from the older 75x75 (I think) to the current one that is ~100x100... so I am not yet taking full advantage.

I'd only just changed mine, but I've taken advantage of the bigger size to have a non square av which allows me to show a bit more leg than before! Lol

P.S.It has a special meaning as Triumph is my preferred motorcycle & I have been to the Triumph factory school!

Yep! I've been posting "me" pics, as my av, for a while now. I crop the "good parts" from some of the pics I've posted in my threads. This particular one is from my "Blue Period" thread. Around the holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) I'll change to seasonal ones that aren't of me.

I have about 20 or so avatars that I have tucked away..... I like to change them periodically. I like my current one in this size and probably wouldn't have used it in the smaller size since most of the detail wouldn't have been seen.....

I must say looking at Loula's, Lixy's, Sharni's elf (mm), sex_24-7, cheyanne's and christines in full screen is so very nice. :)

I've got a temporary avatar of SJP surrounded by many men...which is how I'd like myself photographed...but will likely go back to my SJP in bed avatar...

I don't actually have AVs showing ..... this makes it easier to sneak on to pixies from work ;)

on a little side note I'm still undecided about the new AVs (having seen them at lou's) If they get any bigger we wont be able to see the posts for AVs!

LOL, FP. If you can't see this, PM me and I'll send you a transcript. :D

The 30,000 keeps the animated ones a bit smaller, but the new size is terrific. Love a lot of the new ones coming out. And that comes from somebody that very seldom changes his. Well, okay, maybe sometimes. :)

I like the new size really didnt change AV much. Since size change it made me change so I now have a couple to choose from.

Irish, if you wanted a slightly larger version now that they are allowed here is one I came across... it has the 100 year anniversary motif as well...

Lilith---Thanks,He PMd me with them.As I said to him,I'm a
very sentemental person, and the work, that went into the
original means alot to me.To me,avatars aren't that important.
They just serve,at a glance,to let me know, who wrote the thread!
Thanks Again,Irish
