Sorry Ns and I haven’t been on . We have been busy , Ns got a new job .
And now we are looking into buying a house of our own , to get away for the Evil mother in law.

Hope we can get things in order and we should be posting back here soon .

Check and double-check for flaws anywhere and everywhere. Several of my friends/acquaintences/former co-workers have been townhome/condo/house hunting lately.

Minor (but, yet major) sugestion when buying.......ALWAYS hire an independent inspector (that you've found on your own through no suggestion of the realtor) and just you and your S/O and the inspector go on the inspection. This way it is TRULY an unbiased inspection.
