Well right now, I'm sitting in my almost-empty apartment, back for the night to do my major cleaning for check-out and get some studying done for my last final after lunch tomorrow...
The guys next door are obviously drunk and are yelling obscenities as they smash their worldly possessions and toss them into the garbage dumpsters...boys will be boys I guess... So much for finals week, huh? :p
So my question for all is...
How were you most obnoxious in your teens/20's? Were you bad to the bone or never a troublemaker? Have you grown out of it yet, or do I need to assume that these guys will still be doing this crap into their 30's? :p :D

How about the more important stuff, like do you have enough champagne left in your nearly empty place to celebrate tomorrow? ;)

Well..................I was working and going to school.............went out Dancing and carousing on Fridays and Saturdays................so I hardly had time to do anything else let alone be bad. (never a troublemaker) However.................got drafted in 71 and that didn't set well with me....................so I became the DEVIATE I am today.
Answer to your question.......................Yep.........they'll be doing it as time marches on.
I might learn to hide it better, but I will never grow out of it. :D

Myself and my husband were bad to the bone so to speak. We got married in 1993. I was trying to calm my ways after I got pregnant and then once the child came a year later my husband calmed his ways. We still do things (when the babysitter has the kids-or when we have our parties ;))!
Somethings you never grown out of but somethings do fall to the way side. ;) :D

Hmmmmm? To the adults around me I may have seemed bad to the bone in some ways. But to my peers (seeing some of the shit they pulled off) I was rather tame.

I was obnoxious as a teenager by being so damned self righteous and superior.
I've always been mature, and my parents (in my opinion) had always behaved immaturely, with regards to their divorce, and their new/ old partners and I was obnoxious by always being right and always rising above it.
Remember Dawson's Creek when it first started? 15 year olds with degrees in pop-psychology? That was me!
And.......er........yeah........it still is, but I'm growing into it now. It's not quite so annoying on a 25 year old (I hope).

(The sun peeks from between the clouds and soft angelic music is heard in the background.)
:o I was such a nice young man ... obnoxious ... I simply cannot imagine.
 Right!

I tortured my mother because I always stayed out too late and drank and smoked pot and told her I was going on the pill.
I was the oldest child and of course they were the most strict with me . . . now that I've been away from home for more than a decade she admits I was always a free spirit and she always knew I'd be fine but she added a lot of grey hairs by worrying so much.
I helped her sanity by moving out when I was 17. Would have moved out earlier if I could have . . .
I remember my father saying, "You'll never have it as good as you have it here!"
I love him but respectfully disagree.
Badass to the bone, I guess.

I was quite the wild guy during my college years and into my early 20s...not obnoxious or hurtful to others...but I certainly did things that, today, I just shudder at the memory of them. To an extent, I'm lucky to be alive.
It just proved to me that I indeed have a guardian angel watching over my stupid ass....
Fortuntely for me, I have mellowed quite a bit since then. In fact, I am really quite conservative now.
...pathetic...
