OMG Waxing Hurts!!

Yesterday I went and got my first-ever bikini wax...and it hurt so bad...I knew it would (I get my brow done all the time), but not like that!! I screamed it hurt so bad. I almost didn't have it finished. And I couldn't wear any bottoms the rest of the day...

I have to admit I LOVE the way my pussy looks now(as does hubby)...but I don't know if I can ever stand to go through that again....

Have any of you had this done? Was it totally unbearable? Do you actually get use to it?

As bad as it hurt to have my legs waxed, no way would I try it again anywhere else. Hats off to those who can stand the pain of it.

Just recently did legs for the first time and yes it hurt like a mother f*ck but the nice smooth results are worth it. I would consider getting my bikini area done.

Never had a wax myself. I'm one to call that "spoiling myself" and I don't think to do that stuff unless I am out with the girls and we are all going for "it"....whatever "it" may be. Waxing has never come up yet. Had my nails done a few times because of the girls.......but I never go it alone. When I got my one and only tattoo......I went with my sister.

Now, don't get me wrong.....I don't consider myself a follower (more a soloist or leader, if truth be known), but when I am with the girls......I'll try almost anything once.........and if I deem it necessary or I love it so much I can't do without ever again.....I'll do it on my own if need be.

So.....it hurt huh? They told me getting tattoo's hurt too......but it didn't stop me. And, yes, it did hurt.........but nothing I couldn't stand. I think my nose piercing hurt more.......but then anything that makes my eyes water is killer!

I've never had it done either. It isn't just that the pain is stopping me but the fact that you have to let your hair grow out preferrably to about 1/4 inch before you can have it done successfully the next time. I hate the way I look and feel when it's growing out to that length.

I had let it grow out to 1/2 inch...looked like a damn sasquatch. That was the worst of it!

The old Nair was awful but it has come a long way :D They have a bunch of different fragrances to choose from now and they are not half bad.

I was telling a friend at work about my traumatic bikini waxing experience, and she asked why I just didn't use Nair. I remember trying to use it Ages ago and thought that the smell was just horrible. But like Scarlett she assured me that it has gotten much better. I think I may try that before I try another bikini wax.

how long do you have to leave it on for it to work, and how long is too long that will cause discomfort?

I don't want to use any product that chemically eats through hair any where near where I keep my most orgasmic tender girlie stuff.

I get a Brazilian done every 6 weeks. The advice I have is take a painkiller 1/2 to an hour before. It does get more bearable after the first few times. My waxer equates it with sex, it hurt the first time and yet you did it again. My waxer also uses this numbing aloe stuff afterwards.

if u go to the right salon it is bearable... mine was like ripping off a couple bandades... not too awful
look around ull find someone with better technique

I used to get my armpits, legs and bikini (brazilian) done every six week, I never EVER got used to it, and let me tell you, I can scream!!!!
Its a good job my waxer knows me well as she does my nails too. It is only the bikini that hurt though, legs and under arms I am cool with.
I stopped because of the growth you have to allow ewww, looks 'orrible.
I am braving it again next Friday though, as me n Horseman12 meet for the first time on Saturday, hehe, a gals wants to look her best!!

P.S.The NAIR leaves a bad aftertaste also.
