Unfortunately the Red Sox...Every year I go on strike and refuse to watch baseball ever again. Then by spring I've somehow forgotten my resolve and I get so psyched for baseball to start, all optimistic and ready. We'll see how long I last this year.*wink*

Well, I'm not a real avid fan for any team but ever since I lived in Baltimore back in the early fifties when the Browns moved from St. Louis ... I've been kind of a background Oriole supporter.

dicksbro,

This year the Orioles take the Pennant, if not the Series!

Longtime Bravos fan here, DW is even more so...we go back to the days when Aaron, Neikro, & Torrie were the reason to go...last year we made the mistake of taking the family to Hotlanta around July 4th weekend, how could we have forgotten how HOT it can be in the middle of summer? On top of that, the Cubbies were in town, so we thought, "sure, we'll see Sammy Sosa & Don Baylor"...WRONG!!! Sammy had a "family emergency", & Baylor was fired that very morning, replaced by interim manager Rene Lachman...game was pretty good anyway, got some good pics of Smoltz collecting yet another save ;)

I live in Baltimore and is a loyal blooded Orioles fan this year one of the greatest men who ever wore the Orange and Black gets inducted in the Hall Of Fame #33 Eddie Murray so in honor of him the O's will hopefully brake 500

As most of Pixie's knows, I'm a hockey fan, first and foremost.
But I started out as a baseball fan.....I first became interested and learned about the game in '67-'68.
Seems to me MY Detroit Tigers beat the St.Louis Cardinals in the World Series that season.
hehehe

I guess for me it would have to be the Orioles. I grew up watching them and hearing about them...my brother was a huge fan of theirs....so I guess I really didn't have much of a choice:D But I guess since I'm from Maryland that would be the natural choice for me

Been a Twins fan since before I can remember...have no clue why. Grew up in WV, but have always pushed for the Twins.
