i guess this is the right furum to ask
my dick is 3 cm when not hard (no laughs please)
and 14 cm when hard/extremely excited

are both of these lengths normal/average or not?

don't yell at me if theres already such a thread... sorry.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's what my ex would call a "grower" not a "shower". If my calculations are correct, 14 cm is about 5 and a half inches...which is right in the middle of the "average" size range. So don't worry about it!
