WRONG!!!
u must measure from the top because thats the part thats actually gonna go in. so u cant measure from the base of your penis which starts on the underside. simply put a ruller on top of your penis touching your pelvic bone and press in a little bit.
you are tryiing to see how big you really are now how big u want to be lol

As I got older I put on a few more pounds kind of a beer belly thing. When I noticed that it looked like my dick was smaller than it used to be I measured it and came up with 5 1/2”. I thought WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED, I lost an inch. When I realized it was the extra weight I had put on, I figured if this is not a reason to diet nothing is. I can’t believe a few pounds makes that much difference in penis size. Not sure if I will get back to the body I had in my early 20's but you can bet I am giving it hell.
