Makers of videos featuring partying teenage girls going topless could face jail if they are caught filming in Florida.
Reports say any girls taking part in the Girls Gone Wild videos could also face imprisonment.
Lee Sullivan, mayor of popular spring break destination Panama City Beach, issued the warning.
It comes after the creators of Girls Gone Wild videos revealed plans for a live pay-per-view broadcast next week from an undisclosed location.
Police Maj. David Humphreys said officers will be on the lookout for public nudity, lewd acts and disorderly conduct. They will also arrest anyone who solicits someone else to violate the law, he added.
