Hey, I'm here for some advice..
I have a problem with ejaculation - but its probably not the sort you are thinking of...
I'm 18, and my body is in perfect shape, during the past year and a bit my sex life has become really active. But whenever I am with a girl we get together and we are having sex for 60 mins or more without me ejaculating (tiring).. I have been with several women and it happens almost every time. I have been given mind-blowing blowjobs and still my penis doesnt come.
Now some people might be thinking "why the hell is this guy complaining?" but it makes a girl disapointed when she doesnt make me cum.
Is this normal? does anyone else have the same problem?
I'm really worried

I don't think you have any reason to be concerned... believe me.. as you get older the women you are with will be very happy that you have "staying" power... IF you are concerned, then I suggest you go see a doctor about it :)
Good Luck

Sounds like the old thing called stress. It can cause two probs:
1. (your version) You cannot relax and enjoy. My tip: relax and enjoy. That simple.
2. You become impotent (no hard-on) for longer time. Remove the source of stress and enjoy later. That simple.

PC not to try and be funny but masturbating lots can cause loss of sensitivity down there too... just another possibility.

I have an agreement with my doctor. He won’t design manufacturing systems and I won’t give medical advice.
The way I read your concern, there is a distinct difference between “staying power” and “inability to climax”. A visit to the doctor could quickly eliminate any medical problem from the equation. Besides your own fulfillment and pleasure, you are taking away much of her pleasure, only from the other end.:( We all know the deep thrill we get from fulfilling our partner.:)

Welcum to Pixes Problem Child!
You never said if this has always been the case. Have you ever ejaculated prematurely? Have you ever ejaculated within a perimeter you deem "normal"? The masturbation theory is a good one........and if you masterbate to ejaculation in a "normal" standard, you may have a problem with preformance anxiety. The majority of 18 year olds might just have the exact opposite of your condition in that they ejaculate too soon when in the throes of sexual excitment. Over time a person learns to know his/her own body well enough to control the way it reacts in a particular situation. At your age I suggest you see a doctor, because as pantyfanatic said, medical advice isn't within my realm. If it is a medical condition, it seems like a rather minor one and a doctor can help. If it's a psycological problem, a doctor can help with that too. Are you on any medication for something seemingly not associated? Read up on the side effects of that meds. in case it is something this simple. A change in dosage might be the diagnosis. But definitely check with your doctor first, before self diagnosing and changing any meds.
And one last thought......it might be something as simple as you needing more stimulation, either physical or visual......before and during sex. Good luck hun..........but please seek medical advice to rule out any condition that may be the inhibitor!

Okay, well I've got a real stumper for ya. Some times I simply can't cum, and then the other times I only end up lasting a little less than a minute (it seems, I'm not exactly concentrating on the time).
So far, the only thing that I have found that evens me out is weed but then it's still takes so long that my body usually gives out before my dick does.
So for all of you guys who are saying that this or that guy should consider himself lucky, I say if you can hold off long enough to please your partner and still manage to climax yourself then you should consider yourself lucky.
