I have heard gaggles of women talking around my office for years and years about getting bad sex. Me as a man thought they were always just being bitchy. I am not whining about it, but I have been getting bad sex lately...I have come to the conclusion that I would rather go dry than have sex with someone who just doesnt get into it....

I have to wonder who's to blame when folks have "bad sex"... What happened to "touch here", "kiss there", "a little to the left"? Truth, we don't really want to sound like the traffic control person, but why do we assume that our partner should automatically know what we want? If we don't talk to our partners then they'll never know what/how we like and we won't know what/how they like in return.

It can be done in subtle ways if one isn't comfortable saying it out loud, but that brings us back to: who's fault is it if we aren't fulfilled sexually by our partner? Or worse still? What if THEY are not pleased by US!!! :eek:

Practice makes perfect! And if you're with a partner who isn't willing to listen, conform, try then you might just have to consider what you are doing with that person to begin with. Everything in a relationship is a two way street.

I think there are things in life like sex or even net relationships where one can talk too much. Sometimes you can even listen too much, to too much crap, to too much gibberish, maybe even listen to the wrong people for advice...

....but in this instance I have been extremely vocal to my SO, a few times to the point of arguing. I listen to her needs, she listens to mine. But perhaps one of us is not cabable of the compromise that would lead us to the middle ground.

I used the same whisper technique on some of the drunk customers I had while tending bar. If they were rowdy........I would lean towards them and whisper something.....anything.....to make them stop causing a commotion and listen to the fact that I was calling a cab for them and they would have to leave as soon as the taxi arrived!

Usually they would stop causing a commotion and try and be good! LMAO! The taxi still came!
