Yes and no.
After sex & orgasm (for a lot of us guys) thoughts of sex and senusality are the farthest things from our minds. For me this period lasts only for about 15 - 30 minutes. I'm sure the amount of time that this lasts varies from guy to guy.

Please understand that this is not intentional (at least I don't think!) it's more of a case of that's just the way we're are "wired". Now some of us guys know that this is the case but resist the urge to jump up, go to the bathroom, watch TV, get a soda or watever. We know that our girls need to have attention paid to them. Wallow in the afterglow for lack of a better and less corny term. :D

Personally, afterwards I'm certainly not interested in pillow talk but I sure don't want to let go of her, either. In fact my preferred thing to do is have her on top (she's tiny) and remain inside her as long as possible, my arms around her. Nothing active, just laying there with her.
