Would any1 kno any information on a rash on my inner thigh right around the genital area?

Could be lots of things...best bet is if is worrying you to go to a doctor or chemist.....they will best be able to steer you in the right direction

Sharni has a good point. See a doctor, it could be a reaction to a new soap or fragrance in a soap. But see a doctor.

it sounds like a chafing issue. is it sore to the touch? try desitin diaper rash ointment or some kind of baby powder to keep heal it up and/or to keep it from rubbing against the other leg or clothes.
