Members of a lesbian feminist group have been arrested for filming a nude soap opera in the streets of a Bolivian city.
The explicit soap opera, Mother Don't Tell Me, has become popular since it was launched on Bolivian television three months ago.
But members of the Women in Creation group behind the project found themselves under arrest when they filmed some nude scenes in La Paz.
The Ansalatine news agency reports that police accused the women of "obscene exhibition".
After she was released, leader Maria Galindo told Bolivian television: "We are going over the top with the soap opera, we have no fear."
It is not the first time members of the group, regarded as the strongest feminist group in Bolivia, have been in trouble with the police. Members recently chained themselves to parliament.
