Not sure if anyone has already posted this but it's been in the news all day...

Miss Cleo has had to shut down her operations. It was on the news earlier tonite. I'm guessing, what? fraud maybe??



Hubby says "I wonder if she saw that coming?"

I use to beleive in Miss Cleo....so sad lol.Actually i'm more of a Sylvia Brown person...she's real right?She's pretty good on Montel

GS, Cleo was a self proclaimed psychic that advertised extensively on television.

I heard a long time(months?)ago;that Miss Cleo;had been found to be gyping people and been forced;by the Govt.;to shut down!
BSDD is right.I used to watch Montel;all of the time.Slvia Brown is
amazing. Irish
P.S.Montel isn't on;on the same station;that he used to be.I heard that his wife had sued him for divorce and kicked him out!

Miss Cleo was a telephone "psychic" and had a Jamaican accent. She is, in all actuality, American. It's been said that the woman who posed as "Miss Cleo" had actually corrupted a character she portrayed in a play in high school or college (not sure which). She actually played Miss Cleo in this play and had to feign a Jamaican accent. So when she decided to start ripping people off with her fake psychic gig she reclaimed the "Miss Cleo" persona and people actually believed she was the real deal!

When I want a reading and Lilith isn't around......I just go to the shore and go up on the boardwalk and put a quarter in that fortune telling machine and.........voila! I can rest assured I am on the path to love, riches and wisdom beyond my beliefs!
