Sex after colostomy?
Is it possible to have anal sex with a woman after a colostomy? I mean in the colostomy hole? Will it still be tight?
Will I need to use lubrication?
thanks

Don't do it!!!!!!!
I used to work for a company that sold colostomy products. 2 weeks of the grossest training I've ever had.
Anyways, from my understanding, the area of the skin around it can become irritated very easily.
With the digestive juices and then keeping the area clean it probably wouldn't be very comftorable.
I'm no doctor so I couldn't say what any onther health effects might be.
Also, I don't beleive the hole itself is ever really tight, and since it isn't a muscle like the anus it probably could get stretched out.
If you do try it, use lots of water based lube, go slow, don't use Force.
It would probably be a good idea to get some kind of medical advice too.
Hope that helps.

I'd stick to the other hole. Hope I never have to go through that, but if I ever did the hell if I'd want anything near that hole again.

I have to agree with Sharniqua here...
I just don't think the recipient would like having anal sex after having a colostomy...
I would definetly SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE before going ahead with it!

Just so you guys know the difference, a colostomy has practically nothing to do with the anus.
Basically, for whatever reason the colon can no longer be used due to medical reasons so a hole is made in the abdimon, not to far from your belly button. This hole doesn't act like a anus because it has no muscles. When food goes through your digestive tract it ends by leaving the intestines and going out the colostomy hole. I don't think there would be a problem having anal sex but the original question mentioned using the colostomy hole which could pose some problems. Anal sex would probably be made easier since nothing ever gets down there, there would not even be a need for enema's. Nothing but clean sailing.
If you don't feel comfortable asking your doctor, maybe you could at least find a medical web site to ask open questions.

A friend of my mine had a colostomy about 3 years ago after suffering most of her life.
Now that the pain is gone..she is fine. I just had to call her and asked her if she would have anal sex...this is her response;
"Hell no!! I have a hard time having regular sex, the damn bag gets in the way!"
And she is still laughing...lol...so am I!!!!

Ok, this is starting to sound better now.
It seems like it wouldn't be really tight, would not need much lubricating, and might even stretch out a little. Do you think it would be nessisarry to engage in foreplay? And would it be safe to ejaculate inside, or should I let her swallow instead?
thank you,
SbF

2 questions:
1. Which hole exactly are you talking about using?
2. Why wouldn't you have any foreplay? Thats 90% of the fun.

Being a nurse and having to care for babies with colostomies, I had to jump in here. I consider myself open-minded but, I would strongly caution against trying to penetrate a colostomy. Have you seen a colostomy? Do you realize that a small portion of the dissected bowel is actually brought outside the body? The actual diameter of the interior of the bowel is quite small (even in adults), and as Jack Rabbit said, there is no muscle that would stretch like the anus. Any manipulation of the stoma can cause bleeding, and excessive manipulation/friction can cause the stoma to prolapse or basically extend further outside of the body.

Maybe if I started out with a vibrator with lots and lots of lube it would work ok?

You simply aren't listening to the forum.
A colostomy is a makeshift way of removing waste from the
body.
It is not intended for any form of penetration and to do so
will introduce a potentially lethal infection vector to your partner.
From a sensation point of view you're probably better off having
sex with a bowl of oatmeal.
Get over the fascination before you hurt your partner.
