Okay...pull out that "yes, he is that naive" sign...question..so it has been my experience that when people talk about 'rug burns' on their knees.. everyone laughs and nods..And I do too, except that I don't really know why.

Honestly. Are we to assume that rug burns are a result of doing doggy style on the carpet? Or...is it a different position or just any position.

I've never gotten rug burns on my knees, but I've had some pretty nasty ones on both elbows... more than once. Pretty embarassing

You know..on a side note. If I read this right...the ladies are the 'rug burnees' and the men are the beneficiaries...Do I have that right?

Hardly LOL I used to get those burns all the time wrestling with my kids. Of course most assumed it was from sexual exploits. I've had my share from that too, including once on the chin from an aggressive oral attack.
