GoodbI.E.
I don't know how many folk are still using older versions of Windows (this laptop I'm on just now is Win7, my OH uses Win8) but it's the imminent demise of Internet Explore that's causing me to switch browers.
I mention this only becasue this morning, clicking on to IM1469's thread, I see that almost everyone's avatars are now 'placeholders' rather than images. Judging frmo experience on other sites, that's nearlty the end of the road for I.E. and ongoing interactions to Internet Explorer..
Oh well .. .. .. it was good while it lasted!

I'm actually on Windows 10, but use Internet Explorer primarily for email. Have to keep my eye on this. Thanks.

When in doubt, panic.
When not in doubt, get in doubt.
Seriously, you need do nothing if you have an up-to-date computer...the newer IBM (Microsoft) boxes are being sold with Edge anyway. And of course, if you're using a mac box, then well, bail to Firefox or Chrome. Ironically, Microsoft always made IE more reliable on a Mac platform than they did their own-deliberate marketing to attract Mac users.
If you have an older IBM machine that can't support Edge (which I have my suspicions about anyway), then again, Firefox or Chrome is probably you best choice of browser.
