Sandwiches are my favorite food group so getting a panini press for Xmas is an unexpected joy. Now I can make countless creations that previously I could have made just as easily but without and extra appliance to take up space
That being said, I'm in heaven.
So far I've made-
Veggie Rueben- sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and swiss on whole grain bread instead of rye
Turkey, artichokes, sundried tomato, aioli, provolone, and fried onions on whole grain
Tomato sauce, provolone, pepperoni, romano cheese on french bread
Turkey, bacon, cheddar & aioli on french
and
Blue cheese, chives, sundried tomato, artichokes, and goat cheese on french.
The blue was too much on the last one.
So tell me what you love slapped between two pieces of bread so I can press it.
