Uploading pics

I was trying to up load a pic and it dosen't seem to be working...it has the correct file extension
jpg. But when I post it, nothing happens....???? What could I be doing wrong? Thanks

I got my Avatar up no problem...yes that is mine..lol..but still having problems uploading pic!!! Help!!!!
